1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 999bs platform and all its services, products, and features. By accessing this website, registering an account, or using any service, you are agreeing to be fully bound by these Terms.

999bs reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. We may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal request or in the case of any suspicious activity. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into 999bs:

• Deposited funds must be sent from your own account only — third-party payments are not accepted.
• For suspicious transactions, 999bs may request additional verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The account details provided for withdrawal must match the registered name.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be made until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to claiming this bonus:

• The first deposit must be at least ৳500 to claim the bonus.
• Bonus wagering requirement: the total of the original deposit and bonus must be wagered 15 times.
• Withdrawal requests are not accepted before the wagering requirements are met.
• The welcome bonus is provided only once per account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.

4.2 VIP Cashback Benefits

The 999bs VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

VIP tier upgrades and downgrades are at the discretion of 999bs and are determined based on account activity. The account must be active during the relevant period to receive cashback.

4.3 Other Promotions

999bs may offer additional bonuses or promotions on special occasions. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details. 999bs reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Terms

• All bets are limited to the current account balance — there is no option to bet on credit.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 999bs reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds or on incorrect events due to technical errors.
• Any attempt to bet through match fixing or other dishonest means will result in the permanent closure of the account.

5.2 Cricket Betting

The following rules apply to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket events:

• If a match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason, bets will be settled in accordance with 999bs policy.
• For live betting, the most recently updated odds will apply.
• In any dispute regarding a match result, the decision of 999bs will be considered final.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot games are operated by software from registered game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming). The outcomes of these games are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely impartial.

6. Responsible Gambling

• Users can set their own deposit limits.
• A self-exclusion facility can be activated for a specified period.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bs platform:

1. Registering an account with false or misleading information.
2. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.

4. Attempting to hack the platform's software or spread viruses or malware.
5. Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
6. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

8. Placing bets on behalf of third parties through the platform or acting on behalf of a professional syndicate.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, seizure of all funds, and legal action if necessary.

10. Dispute Resolution

• The complaint must be submitted within 30 days of the date the incident occurred.
• When submitting a complaint, the details, date, and amount of the relevant transaction must be provided.

• The decision of 999bs on the final resolution of a dispute will be considered binding.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999bs accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet connection disruption.
• Interruption of a game or betting session due to technical failure.
• Delays or issues with the services of third-party payment providers.
• Loss resulting from account credentials being disclosed to an unauthorised person.
• Loss caused by security issues with the user's own device or network.

12. Changes to Terms

• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
